As part of the continual improvement process, several common areas of the Classics are being renovated based on the designs of one of Ottawa’s top designers. In 2016 the kitchen was modernized and the lower level lobby, ground floor corridors, library and washrooms were renovated. Further, the Classics spa is being upgraded by a team of designers and contractors. Being one of the top condominiums in the city requires diligent attention to the decor and maintenance of the building.
