The Classics is located in the green area near the Rideau River steps from Hurdman station. Hurdman station is also located on the LRT Confederation line.

Most recently, the following have been renewed: tennis courts, pool, walking path, indoor spa, waterfall, spa whirlpool, and Van Gogh room/Dining facilities (this room is available for resident parties for a fee).
The windows and balcony doors are in the process of being replaced.
