The classics common facilities include among other things, a private spa, hobby room, library, Monte Carlo Room, kitchen, dining room, Van Gogh Suite, car wash and bicycle rooms. The Classics is also part of the Riviera Club.
Classics Private Spa
The Classics has its own spa consisting of a change room, sauna, steam room, waterfall, indoor and outdoor whirlpool, as well as massage and hairstyling facilities. The outdoor whirlpool is an excellent place to sit and relax.
Van Gogh Suite
The Van Gogh Suite is located off the front lobby. It consists of a lounge with an equipped bar, a piano, daily newspapers, and an attached formal dining room and kitchen. It may be rented by residents of the Classics for private social events of the resident.
Monte Carlo Room
The Monte Carlo Room has two tables with four chairs each, suitable for playing cards, small meetings or individual work. This room, like all facilities on the ground floor has access to the Corporation’s WIFI network.
Library
The Library is a quiet place to read or contemplate. Books and magazines are contributed by residents voluntarily.
Hobby Room
A large Hobby Room with work tables, cupboards and a washroom is located opposite the elevators on the garage level.
Car Wash
A manual car wash and vacuum cleaner are located on the garage level.
Bicycle Rooms
Locked bicycle rooms are located on the garage level.
Riviera Club
Relax, Lounge, Play, Swim, Work out!
The Classics, along with the two other condominiums in the 9 acre site, is part of the Riviera Club. A walk through a glassed-in tropical lined passageway takes you to the Riviera Club which offers an indoor and outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, tennis, squash, pickle ball, billiards, and exercise machines, golf driving net, classes in yoga, strength and stretch, aqua-fit, line-dancing (for a fee), and Pilates (for a fee) and has a book club, bridge clubs, and an art club.
