The Classics has two levels of security. The 24-hour staffed front gate screens visitors and only admits those who have been pre-cleared. Guests must then proceed to the building where they are admitted by the Signature Services (concierge) desk which is also staffed 24 hours. If the owner has not advised the concierge of an expected visitor,  the concierge will contact the owner prior to granting admittance. Closed circuit cameras located at strategic positions throughout the building, grounds, and entrances are monitored on a 24- hour basis.
